Davitt's Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions 1. Gift vouchers are redeemable for goods and services at Davitt's Kenmare only. 2. In accordance with Irish consumer law, gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated where permitted by law. 3. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. 4.Any remaining balance after part redemption will remain on the voucher and can be used until the expiry date. 5.Gift vouchers should be treated as cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided and the voucher has not been redeemed. 6.Vouchers may be used for one or multiple transactions until the full balance has been redeemed. 7. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers unless required by law. 8. We reserve the right to refuse a voucher that has been altered, defaced, copied, or is suspected of being fraudulent. 9. If the value of the purchase exceeds the voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method. 10. Promotional vouchers, complimentary vouchers, or competition prizes may be subject to separate terms and expiry dates where permitted by Irish law.
